By logging into your account and then going to 'my account details', you can change both your email address and your address details. It is also possible to change the billing address but keep the delivery address or vice versa. You can also change your address when placing an order.
Note! Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address, unfortunately our customer service cannot help you with this either.
When you request to change your email address, we will send an email to your old email address. Please note that it may take a while to receive the email, please do not resend the request. In the email, you will find a link to confirm that it is you who requested the change. If you receive this email and have not requested a change to your email address, you can ignore it. Is something not working? No problem, feel free to contact us.

How sad to read that you want to leave the DQS family. We would like to ask you to contact us with a request to delete your account, with the reason, your email address and password. We ask for this information to verify whether the account should be permanently deleted.

- You do not have any outstanding invoices
- No more orders are on their way to you
However, we cannot delete your account (yet) until the following conditions are met:
